- Dear Guest, with the objective of the smooth running of CLUB AIRE
LIBRE, in the activities you will be doing, we would like you to let the
group know the basic regulations which we work
with.

At your arrival at our
centre you will have to fill in :
·
The entrance
sheet
·
The occupation
sheet.
On
arrival, Club Aire Libre charges a deposit of 7 € per person in each group to
cover possible damage to accommodation or equipment. This deposit will be
refunded at the time of the group’s departure following an inspection of the
cabins and the return of all sports equipment.
1.-CHALETS:
o
On your arrival day,
the chalets will be ready for occupation from 17.00 hrs and must be vacated
before 10.00 hrs on your departure day, although you will be able to stay and
enjoy our installations for the rest of the day.
o
Each chalet will have a responsible
person, who will be the spokesman and will be in charge of the chalet.
Keys : to avoid losing them, when you leave the chalet, hand the key to the
person in charge of the chalet.
- Don’t forget to turn off the taps, close the doors and windows
and turn the lights off before you leave the chalet.
- The fire extinguishers must only be used if there is a
fire.
- If there are any damages to the chalet, it must be notified on
arrival to avoid confusion. The CLUB AIRE LIBRE Co-ordinators will give the
person in charge of the group some damage sheets.
- -If something goes wrong, don’t touch or try to fix it yourselves
or fiddle about with the water or electricity boxes outside. Any problem
marked on the damage sheet should be given to he monitor of CLUB AIRE LIBRE,
who is in charge of your group, so that it can be solved
quicker.
- If during your stay something is broken, due to misuse it will
have to be paid for at the time of the occurrence.
- During your stay in CLUB AIRE LIBRE recommends you keep your
chalet tidy and clean shoes under the beds, the clothes on shelves and your
cases on top. The CLUB AIRE LIBRE monitor, who is in charge for the group
will check the chalet every day.
- It is forbidden to leave the chalet during the night, to avoid
disturbing other people who are resting.
- Don’t let strangers in your chalet or people who are not from the
centre.
- IMPORTANT
o
Don’t leave valuables, money or documentation around. CLUB AIRE LIBRE will not take
responsibility for lost objects.
o
Any vandalism will
mean the expulsion of the person from the centre.
2.-HEALTH AND
SAFETY:
- Based on present regulations, it isn’t allowed for children under
16 to smoke in our installations.

It isn’t allowed for
people under 18 to drink alcohol in the installations.
- For security, it is forbidden to light fires in or out of the
chalet or anywhere in the CLUB AIRE LIBRE.
- It’s not allowed for people to leave the club at any time
.
- It is forbidden to use the pool outside the set hours or during
the night as there is not lifeguard.
- Before swimming in the pool it is obligatory to have a shower and
take your shoes off. No throwing of objects or disturbing other
people.

If there is an accident
it must be notified to the monitors, teachers or any CLUB AIRE LIBRE workers
immediately.
·
It is obligatory for at
least one group leader to be with the group when playing crazy golf to avoid
accidents
- During the night the security guard will be on
duty
- -If there is any problem during the night, you should go to
reception area where it will be dealt with.
- EVACUATION OF THE
CENTRE : IT IS VITALLY IMPORTANT TO READ THE REGULATIONS REGARDING
EVACUATION. EACH CHALET HAS THE BASIC RULES AND FULL EXPLANATION OF HOW TO
DO IT.
3.-LIVING TOGETHER:
- We ask you to keep silence after 24 hrs so as not to disturb the
other clients.
- CLUB AIRE LIBRE receives groups of people of all nationalities and
cultures, which encourages good fellowship and socialising which is why one of
the main rule of the CLUB AIRE LIBRE is “RESPECT EVERYBODY AND
YOURSELF”
4.-LOOKING AFTER THE
ENVIRONMENT:
- Don’t tread on the gardens, use the paths. Respect the
environment!
o
Please put all papers and rubbish in the bins, and use the big
containers.
5.-TIME
TABLES:
- We ask you to respect the eating timetable at all times to avoid
possible alterations in the turns.
- Be on time for all the activities so that you can fully enjoy
them
6.- SELF SERVICE
RULES:
- Don’t enter with wet clothes
- Enter with dry clothes and shoes
- Each group must enter with the person in charge until the whole
group has finished.
- Collect the trays from the tables
- Leave the tables clean
- Don’t dirty the inside of the water bottles
- Don’t play in the dining room
- Once the group has finished their meal they must leave the dining
room
7.- GAMES
KIT
·
The group leaders
will be in charge of collecting the kit and giving it in before departure. The
equipment will have to be reviewed and ensure everything is there, according to
the sheet of paper you get with the kit.
- If the contents of the kit are broken or damaged due to misuse
these objects will have to be paid for. When you collect the kit, the group
leader will have already paid a deposit of 7 € per person, which will be
refunded when the kit is returned and the chalets have been inspected before
departure.
8.- MEDICAL
SERVICE
·
CLUB AIRE LIBRE has a
first aid kit and qualified guards to attend any emergency. CLUB AIRE LIBRE is
not authorised to make any medical trip. If this is needed you can use public
transport, like buses, taxis, etc...
·
If an accident happens during an activity
or in our installations: the CLUB AIRE LIBRE will be in charge of sorting the
papers to go to the medical centre.
·
In case of illness: the group leader will
be responsible for going with the ill person to the doctors, using public or
private transport.
·
CLUB
AIRE LIBRE advises you to phone the Tossa Medical centre first to make sure you
go to the right place.
·
The hospital at
Blanes is only 10 km away an the Tossa medical centre is only 3 km away.
9.- CLUB AIRE LIBRE
RECOMMENDATIONS

- Use the life jackets.
- Becarefull of the rocks.
- Don’t separate from the group
- Don’t swim at night
- You can swim if there is a monitor or group leader
present.
- Use sun
cream.
- Ensure shoelaces are tied.
- CLOTHING TO
BRING
- Comfortable clothes to do sports activities
- Sport shoes)
- Mountain boots.
- Swimming trunks
- Beach and shower towel
- USEFUL
DOCUMMENTATION
- Passport
- Medical insurance.
- If you have any problem (allergies, asthma, etc...) the group
leader must be aware of this problem and know if you need medication and what
medication is required.
10.- SPORTS
INSTALLATIONS CLUB AIRE LIBRE
- Football ground:
- The goals are mobile so they must be put away after
training
- When you are training, you have to keep changing places, so not to
damage the grass in one place therefore the whole pitch
- The goalies must train in different zones .
- After training the pieces of grass that have lifted up must be pat
back down to keep to pitch in good condition
- Do not throw anything on the pitch. Use the bins.
- Use the training time table and keep to the rotations of the
co-ordinators and technical team of the club
- Try no to be late, so that other groups can use the
facitities.
11- IMPORTANT NOTES
If any of
these rules are not complied with you could expelled from the CLUB AIRE
LIBRE.
The people in charge will be responsible for paying for any damage
done by the children.
If the reservation is accepted it means that the rules are accepted
by the people in charge and the groups themselves.
The main office would appreciate immediate notification any
deficiency you find on the installation.
